Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of chauffeur, executive car, limousine, airport transfer and related transportation services by Limo Prestige Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of chauffeur, executive car, limousine, airport transfer and related transportation services by Limo Prestige Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you", "your").

By making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings

1.1 All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

1.2 A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

1.3 The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate and for the conduct of all passengers travelling under the booking.

1.4 We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2. Payment

2.1 All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

2.2 Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra waiting time;
  • Additional pick-up or drop-off locations;
  • Changes to the agreed itinerary;
  • Additional mileage;
  • Damage caused to the vehicle.

2.4 Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations

3.1 All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

3.2 Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 14 days before the booking: No charge.
  • 7 to 14 days before the booking: 50% of the booking value.
  • 48 hours to 7 days before the booking: 75% of the booking value.
  • Less than 48 hours before the booking: 100% of the booking value.
  • No-show bookings: 100% of the booking value.

3.3 Special event bookings including weddings, proms, concerts, sporting events and race days may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

4. Changes to Bookings

4.1 We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes to confirmed bookings.

4.2 Changes may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the amendment.

4.3 Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled journey cannot be guaranteed.

5. Vehicle Availability

5.1 While every effort will be made to provide the vehicle booked, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or higher-class vehicle where circumstances require.

5.2 Vehicle photographs displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only.

6. Waiting Time

6.1 Airport collections include:

  • 60 minutes complimentary waiting time for international arrivals.
  • 30 minutes complimentary waiting time for domestic arrivals.

6.2 Additional waiting time will be charged at the applicable rate.

6.3 For all non-airport collections, a 15-minute grace period applies unless otherwise agreed.

7. Passenger Conduct

7.1 Passengers must behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times.

7.2 We reserve the right to terminate a journey immediately if passengers:

  • Behave aggressively or abusively;
  • Endanger the driver or other road users;
  • Cause damage to the vehicle;
  • Engage in unlawful conduct.

7.3 No refund shall be given where a journey is terminated due to passenger misconduct.

8. Damage and Cleaning

8.1 The customer shall be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by any passenger.

8.2 Professional cleaning charges may apply where excessive soiling occurs, including but not limited to:

  • Food or drink spillages;
  • Vomit;
  • Smoking-related damage;
  • Staining of seats or carpets.

8.3 Repair and cleaning costs will be charged to the customer.

9. Smoking and Alcohol

9.1 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

9.2 The use of illegal substances is prohibited.

9.3 Alcohol consumption may only be permitted with prior approval and where legally permitted.

10. Safety Requirements

10.1 Seat belts must be worn where required by law.

10.2 Passenger numbers must not exceed the legal capacity of the vehicle.

10.3 Children must travel in accordance with UK child seat and seatbelt legislation.

11. Delays

11.1 We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure timely arrival.

11.2 We shall not be liable for delays resulting from:

  • Traffic congestion;
  • Road closures;
  • Adverse weather conditions;
  • Accidents;
  • Mechanical breakdowns beyond our control;
  • Force majeure events.

11.3 Journey times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

12. Airport Transfers

12.1 Flight arrival times will be monitored where flight details have been provided.

12.2 We will make reasonable efforts to adjust collection times for delayed flights.

12.3 Incorrect or incomplete flight information may result in additional charges.

13. Lost Property

13.1 Any property found in our vehicles will be retained for a reasonable period.

13.2 We accept no responsibility for personal belongings left in vehicles.

13.3 Returned items may be subject to postage or administration charges.

14. Liability

14.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under law.

14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, our liability shall be limited to the total value of the booking.

14.3 We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including missed flights, missed events, loss of earnings or business interruption.

15. Privacy

15.1 Personal information provided by customers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

15.2 Customer information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the provision of our services.

16. Force Majeure

16.1 We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.

17. Governing Law

17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

17.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
